I hate rain and bloody Harry Potter

In the last month I've survived the Sheffield floods (largely by holing up in pubs further up the hill (with or without electricity)). I also took the opportunity to order a media centre PC from eBuyer. That was a month ago.
Part of the consignment got 'lost'. Then when a replacement arrived it was the wrong one. And didn't work. After 4 weeks of having my money, they hadn't delivered. I eventually thought I got it sorted and a refund is on its way. Strange how they can take your money in 4 hours, but take 4 days to return it.
Yesterday I ordered the correct unit for delivery today (so eBuyer currently have two sets of my money). It's not arrived. And I've just realised that perhaps ordering anything the night before torrential rain and the release of some childrens book was foolish.
The rain meant Jane got stuck in Birmingham and had to spend the night there and also meant that CityLink/PityLink/ShittyLink (call them what you will) are busy delivering millions of bloody Harry Potter books because the postmen went on strike. If the postmen don't like being postmen then frankly they should get another job. Instead of pissing everyone off. That would then mean that Amazon wouldn't have cancelled their contract with Royal Mail. Which would mean that my PityLink delivery wouldn't have taken second priority to some childs book.
The upcome is that I'm into the fifth week of them having (now two multiples!) of my money and not delivering. V poor.
Ebuyer are normally good, but when they go wrong, they go VERY wrong and just can't handle it. For those that are interested, I now have the 'direct' email addresses of various senior eBuyer customer service employees if anyone wants them.
